After School Childcare - Proactive Development

Proactive Development provides our after-school childcare provision at Gifford Primary School, offering families a reliable and flexible option for childcare at the end of the school day.

Sessions can be booked directly through the Proactive Development online booking system using the link below. They have sufficient capacity to accommodate children who require a place.

Please note: Same-day bookings must be made by 2:00pm on the day your child will be attending the club.

Gifford After School Clubs (Internal) 

At Gifford, we are committed to providing our children with a wide variety of extra-curricular activities after school. We offer a range of clubs, free of charge, to children of all ages across key stages 1 and 2 and view these opportunities as another way in which the school can build on the cultural capital of children. Activities include sports, music, art and book clubs. Children are able to explore who they are, what they enjoy and what they are good at whilst having lots of fun, making new friends and developing skills.

Clubs are run by a mixture of school staff and external coaches who we employ. They are very popular and are often oversubscribed. Each half term, different children are invited to join the clubs that are running with the aim of providing all children at least one opportunity to participate in an afterschool club every year.
