After School Childcare - Proactive Development

We are pleased to confirm that Proactive Development will be our after-school club care provider from 3rd September 2025. Please find their promotional flyer below.

Their booking system is now live, allowing you to reserve sessions for your child. There is no need to worry about availability — they have sufficient capacity, and every child who needs a place will be accommodated.

Gifford After School Clubs (Internal) 

At Gifford, we are committed to providing our children with a wide variety of extra-curricular activities after school. We offer a range of clubs, free of charge, to children of all ages across key stages 1 and 2 and view these opportunities as another way in which the school can build on the cultural capital of children. Activities include sports, music, art and book clubs. Children are able to explore who they are, what they enjoy and what they are good at whilst having lots of fun, making new friends and developing skills.

Clubs are run by a mixture of school staff and external coaches who we employ. They are very popular and are often oversubscribed. Each half term, different children are invited to join the clubs that are running with the aim of providing all children at least one opportunity to participate in an afterschool club every year.
