Gifford Primary and Downe Manor Primary have embarked on a two-year collaborative partnership, with the possibility of forming a federation in the future. This partnership is built on a shared commitment to excellence and aims to foster the exchange of resources, expertise, and best practices between both schools. By working closely together, we seek to enhance the educational experience for all pupils, strengthen teaching and learning, support staff development, and build leadership capacity across both settings.

An important goal of this collaboration is to deepen connections within our local community, strengthening relationships between families, staff, and wider stakeholders.
